ParkArt Vendor Information

If you have been accepted as a vendor for ParkArt 2026, welcome! The following information and links should be useful for your experience.

Setup

Setup will take place Wednesday morning, July 1, starting at 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Setup must be completed by 9:30 a.m. as ParkArt begins at 10:00 a.m.

Registration

Registration at the designated registration area, in front of the Library/Museum facility, must be completed before you will be allowed in to set up. You will be issued two participant badges for admission to ParkArt at that time. As usual there is no drive-in access but there is access from an off-street unloading area on Athabasca Street, the park gate on the corner of Athabasca and Langdon, and the park gate on Langdon near Cordova St. Participants will then need to park on the street, (Athabasca, Cordova, or Langdon Crescent) which will be a short distance from the show.

A limited number of trolleys are available for use, but participants are advised to bring their own. These trolleys will only be available during setup and again from the 4pm close until 6 pm.

Duly note that ParkArt takes place in an active park, and therefore we are unable to mark and assign the exact booth locations until shortly before the event begins. Sometimes weather and damage to the site even necessitates reassigning booths on the morning of. As such, vendors will not receive this information ahead of time, but on arrival.

Reminders

Once again, I remind you that the City of Moose Jaw has a “no pets” bylaw in regards to Crescent Park. Please note, those applicants registering with pets on July 1, 2026 will be turned away and will not be reimbursed.

Booth size will be approximately 10' x 10' per unit, please remember you are outdoors in the Park and not inside, and do need to stay within the marked booth parameters. Power, tables and chairs will not be provided, due to the fact that ParkArt will take place outside in Crescent Park. There will be no smoking allowed inside Crescent Park. Bathroom facilities are in close proximity in the Library/Museum building. Participants will be responsible for their own booth displays, furnishings, and weather protection.

A penny parade will be held by the Museum at ParkArt. Your participation in donating an item is voluntary, but much appreciated. Volunteers will check with you at registration to ask if you have an item to donate.
