For Artists

Artist Studio Program: 

We are now accepting applications for our Artist Studio Program, running May 22 – Nov 22, 2026! We're offering three FREE studio spaces at the gallery for local artists in Moose Jaw and area.

Application deadline is May 1, 2026. This is a chance to create, connect, and share your practice with the public through open studio times. Whether you're emerging or established, we want to hear from you!

Submit your application via email to curator.mjmag@sasktel.net by sending:

  • 5 – 10 images of your work

  • Cover letter, outlining:

    • Brief Artist Statement / Bio (tell us about yourself and work) 

    • Proposed Project (How will you use the space?)

    • Current Need (Why you are in need of studio space?)

Deadline to apply: May 1, 2026, 11:59pm
*All selected artists will need to be a member of MJM&AG.




Sales in the Gift Shop: 

Please contact our gift shop manager, Sheryl Parry or call (306) 692-4471 for inquiries regarding having your work sold in our gift shop. The gift shop features a diverse selection of art and craft by local and regional artists.




Exhibition Proposals:

Our Director/Curator actively researches artists and their work for consideration for exhibition in our gallery. If you would like your work to be considered, please forward the following:

  •  A link to your website or digital files of work

  • An artist statement or brief description of artistic concept of the work

  • A Curriculum Vitae

 Due to high volumes of submissions, we may not be able to always reply to your emails, but we will be sure to review your submission.
