EGG DECORATING (Teens/Adults/Kids/Family)

Session 1 (adults) - 10am to noon - Kinsman Learning Hands-on room (lower level) - PYSANKY UKRAINIAN – Lemko style
Learn the ancient art of Pysanky decorating with beeswax resist. Using the drop-pull technique which is a common technique used by an ethnic group from the Carpathian mountains
Updated - Session 2 (ages 6-12 yr) - 1:00 to 3pm - IN SOUTH MEETING ROOM (5th floor) - DECOUPAGE
Decoupage eggs are created by adhering thin paper, usually patterned napkins, onto faux (plastic/wooden) or blown-out eggs using Mod Podge. Simply separate the top patterned ply of a napkin, cut out designs, apply Mod Podge to the egg, smooth the design on, and seal with another coat for a durable, customized decoration.
Each person registered will receive materials enough to create one egg. Kids under 6 years with adult.
Cost: $25/materials with 1 egg included
