REFUND POLICY FOR ART CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

MOOSE JAW MUSEUM & ART GALLERY

 

This policy addresses all classes and workshops (both session classes and single day classes) that take place at the MJMAG. This refund policy does not address school programming. 

 Please note, all refunds will be charged a $15 administration fee to offset the cost of providing a refund. All refunds will be made by cheque.

1)     A full refund may be issued if notice of absence is given more than 14 days ahead of the class.

2)     A partial refund (50% of the class fee) will be issued if requested less than 14 days in ahead of the class.

3)     No refund will be issued within 48 hours of a workshop or class.

4)     Once a class session has begun, no refunds will be issued (unless applying for an extenuating circumstance exception). This policy only applies to session classes (multiple classes taught by the same instructor over a period of weeks or months), not single-day workshops or classes.

5)     This refund policy may not apply to all classes or workshops. Some programming may be subject to a non-refundable registration clause. Please see class details when registering.    

MISSED CLASSES

Moose Jaw Museum & Art Gallery does not offer make-up lessons or classes for absences and/or missed classes.

In the event that a class has to be cancelled due to instructor absence, the instructor will schedule a make-up class. In the event that a class is cancelled completely due to lack of registration, a full refund will be issued to all who registered and paid, and no administration fee will be charged.
