A National Crime: Canada’s Indian Residential School System (In the Heritage Gallery)

The travelling exhibition, A National Crime: Canada’s Indian Residential School System, which consists of five panels in English and five in French, explores the creation of the System, the experiences of the students, its impacts and legacies, and Indigenous-led political action, healing, and reconciliation. This exhibition is on display in our Heritage Gallery as part of programming for the Atamiskākēwak National Gathering 2018 and will be open from April 14th to June 24th.
The exhibition is organized by the Legacy of Hope Foundation and presented as a partnership project between the Atamiskākēwak National Gathering, Converging Pathways Consulting, and MJM&AG.
